For parents

Clear guidance, between visits.

Being a parent brings a lot of questions, especially in the first years. This page gathers practical guidance you can trust, plus the answers we hear most often.
None of it replaces an examination. When in doubt, call the practice and we will help.

Little guides

Everyday help, at a glance.

Simple, reassuring guidance for the moments that come up most at home.

When there is a fever

Keep your child comfortable and hydrated, and watch how they behave, not only the thermometer. Call us for any fever under three months old, one that lasts over three days, or a rash that does not fade when pressed.

Vaccinations

We follow the national programme and remind you before each dose. A mild fever or a sore arm for a day is expected. Bring the booklet to every visit.

When to seek help

Trust your instinct. Contact us if your child will not feed or drink, is unusually sleepy or floppy, has trouble breathing, or is simply not themselves.

Everyday care

Sleep, feeding, and play in a calm routine do more than any single tip. When something feels off, a quick call is always welcome.
